Job Description:

A facility is seeking a general surgery surgical first assist for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located in Massachusetts.

The schedule will be 8 or 10-hour shifts with weekday and weekend call. Weekday call is until 7pm, and weekend call is both days 7a-7p. The surgeons would like an overnight call when we get fully staffed. Procedures required include GYN, ortho, urology, ENT, general surgery, and plastics. We do not do robotics, cardiac, neuro, or thoracic. The clinician needs a certification from a first assist program. Malpractice is covered. Emergency privs can be granted.
