As a part of Optum Care, the largest network of medical groups
in the country, Reliant Medical Group is seeking a Per Diem
Hospitalist to join our team in Worcester, MA . At Optum, we are

Highlights
- Census 12 to 14 on an average
- Per diem: 8:00PM - 8:00AM or 8:00AM - 8:00PM shifts will vary
nights and days
- Desirable and unique continuity hospitalist model
- Continuity partnership with Reliant Medical Group's PCPs,
allows familiarity with the same patient panel and families
- Dedicated evening PA coverage already in place
- Dedicated night MD coverage already in place
- Moonlighting additional shifts available
- Teaching interaction with residents that may cover 50% of the
census
- Closed ICU, SICU, CCU, managed by Intensivists-Specialists
- Commitment to quality care in a patient centered, team-based
environment
- Continuity partnership with Reliant PCPs, allows familiarity
with same patient panel, families.

Portland, ME. Required Qualifications:
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine
- Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- Active DEA License
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this
role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster

- Experience working within a Team Care model
- Fluency in EMR systems & technology To protect the health and
