Seeking a compassionate LPN for a state-of-the-art facility in Chestnut Hill.Their team of medical professionals, therapists, and substance use specialists work together to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.What's in it for you?

  • Give exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
  • Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
  • Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Track and maintain patient history; record any new data.You must have:
    • A Bachelor's degree, is required.
    • Experience in addictions or mental health fields preferred.
