From newborns to seniors, we can give you the quality care you deserve. About this job 25-bed unit, 5:1 nurse to patient ratio. Type of patients: CHF-congestive heart failure, MI-myocardial infarction (heart attack), TIA-transient ischemic attack (mini stroke), and seizure. Patents with pacemakers, stents, AICD-automatic implantable cardioverter defibrillator, etc. All patients are telemetry order. The Registered Nurse provides direct clinical patient care. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. Responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. Accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care. Scheduled Hours 24 hours flex, Evenings. Every 3rd weekend/holiday requirement Onboarding Process Please be advised that candidates must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment health screening which includes a drug screen. Education Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. BSN preferred Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Required Current RN licensure in State of Massachusetts. American Heart Association (BLS) Certification Knowledge and Skills 1-year RN Telemetry experience.
