As a NP/PA, you will work alongside a team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care services to patients.   • Conduct comprehensive health assessments on patients, including physical exams, medical histories, and diagnostic tests.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and other clinical projects as needed.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to other healthcare staff members as needed.Qualifications:
    • Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant with previous experience in a Family Med, Community Health, or Outpatient setting.
    • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of primary care practices and procedures.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
