Job Description:

We are looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join a fabulous group of individuals who provide stellar therapeutic services to our short-term and long-term residents within 5 Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Centers. Four are located in MA and one in CT. Each Senior Care Center is a member of Ascentria Care Alliance, one of the largest non-profit community service organizations in New England. Ascentria Care Alliance uses an innovated client-centered care model to help individuals and families move forward and thrive.

Traveling Physical Therapist

The ideal candidate is motivated, can travel as needed (Monday - Friday), enjoys working with a team, and will approach PT and rehabilitation services with enthusiasm and creativity. A license in MA is required, if you have one in CT as well - super bonus!

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
Must have credentials evaluated by one of these: FCCPT, ICD, ICA, IERF or IEC.
Current state license in good standing with the State License Board.

Pay: $43.00 - $55.00 per hour
