Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Patient Care Assistant to join our Cardiac Stepdown team at Saint Vincent Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with various patient care activities, including vital sign monitoring, personal hygiene, and bed linen changes.
• Provide nourishment and hydration to patients, including serving and collecting food trays.
• Prepare and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including cleaning and sterilizing equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
