Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Stepdown team at Saint Vincent Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on a per shift basis.Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes
• Supervise and delegate tasks to staff as needed to ensure efficient and effective care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based careRequirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
