We offer a stable, supportive, and growing organization that focuses on your needs and interests.Currently we are assisting one of our top home health agency partners with a need for an experienced Home Health RN Case Manager.Primary coverage territory needs are between Worcester MA and the Milford, MA areas.Monday-FridayMay cover on-call/weekends as needCompetitive pay rates plus mileage reimbursement13-week contractThe Home Health Registered Nurse is responsible for effectively managing and caring for a caseload of patients and their families in the community, from admission to discharge.
