Join our team at Blueberry Hill Rehab as an LPN!Current Openings: Full Time, Part Time and Per DiemSame Day Pay!Sign on Bonus of $12K for FT and $6K for PTPay: From $33 to $46 (All Inclusive Rate)Responsibilities of LPN:

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician's plan of treatment
• Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC)
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders providedQualifications of LPN:
  • Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required
  • A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state MA!
