Job Description:
Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled and compassionate
Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a Physical
Therapist in our facility, you will play a crucial role in
providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services to patients
of all ages and backgrounds. Your expertise and dedication will
contribute to improving patients' quality of life by assisting them
in regaining physical function, managing pain, and achieving their
mobility goals. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations of
patients' medical histories, physical conditions, and functional
limitations to create personalized treatment plans. Administer a
variety of therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities
to address musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic
conditions. Design and implement comprehensive rehabilitation
programs tailored to individual patients' needs, focusing on
maximizing functional independence and overall wellness. Monitor
patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and
document outcomes to track improvements and ensure effective care.
Educate patients and their families about exercises, proper body
mechanics, injury prevention, and ongoing self-care strategies.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including
physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and speech therapists,
to provide holistic patient care. Maintain accurate and organized
patient records, ensuring compliance with legal and professional
standards. Qualifications : Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate
degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Current
state license or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist.
Prior experience in Long Term Care or related settings. Strong
clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Proficiency in designing
and implementing effective therapeutic exercise programs. Ability
to adapt to varying patient needs and treatment challenges. CPR
