Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 12/16/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Critical Care Float position in Massachusetts requiring a MA RN license and at least 2 years of ICU experience. Responsibilities - Work in the Critical Care Float pool within a hospital environment - Float between various critical care units as needed - Night shifts with a 3x12 hours schedule (18:45 - 07:15) - Works every other weekend and every other holiday - Uses Epic EMR, experience preferred - Responsible for providing care to critical care patients across multiple units as assigned - Required to make up any missed shifts at the end of the assignment - Pre-start online modules must be completed, with additional orientation modules provided - 3rd party education verification required for all applicants - Holiday coverage is assigned on an every other holiday basis Requirements - Active MA RN license required at time of application - Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required - Current BLS and ACLS certifications required - Experience with Epic EMR preferred - Must provide two references, one from a Nurse Manager or higher - No prior disciplinary actions on nursing license accepted - Must live at least 200 miles from the facility for consideration - Successful completion of pass/fail EKG (Tele) test required during orientation (one attempt only, 80% passing score) Benefits - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-640614.
