License: Licensed as P.T. in New Hampshire. Certifications: BCLS certified. Must-Have: Specialties: Physical Therapy - required. Description: Outpatient position. Evaluates and performs physical therapy treatments on patients with injuries, disabilities, and diseases according to the prescription of a physician. Maintains appropriate documentation for patient charts and third-party reimbursement agencies. Performs other record-keeping activities as required.
