Job Description:
A large healthcare organization in central Massachusetts is
adding a Spanish-speaking Pediatrician. Our Children's Medical
Center houses the region?s only Pediatric ICU, Level III NICU,
Pediatric Level 1 Trauma center, hospitalist-led pediatric
inpatient services, a pediatric sedation service, a designated
pediatric emergency department, and over 20 pediatric specialty
services with a focus on high-quality care, education, and academic
excellence.We are very focused on our anchor mission for the
children and families in this community. About the opportunity:
100% Outpatient The incoming pediatrician will join an existing
team of pediatricians, nurse practitioners, and our exceptional
clinical and administrative support team Responsibilities include
ambulatory clinical sessions in our Worcester-based clinic There is
some night and weekend phone call coverage Although we have an
academic affiliation, this is a community practice with no teaching
responsibilities Spanish fluency is required to serve the needs of
our patient population Compensation and benefits: Robust
