limitless growth potential. Minimum Qualifications: Valid dental
hygienist license in MN and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in
dental hygiene (as required). Strong understanding of dentistry,
dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history
documentation. Current CPR Certification. Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital
x-rays, and electronic medical record systems. A commitment to
continuous learning and enhancing clinical skills to meet patient
needs and provide preventive care. Clinical requirements as

Physical Requirements: Ability to perform essential duties as
required by the office or supervising doctor, with or without
reasonable accommodations. Adjustments may be made to assist
individuals with disabilities in fulfilling the essential functions
of the role. Prolonged periods of sitting and standing. Capability
to lift and carry items weighing up to 45 pounds occasionally.
Willingness to participate in virtual or in-person training
sessions periodically throughout the year. To ensure a safe and
healthy environment for both team members and patients, a
tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental
office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before
starting employment, and arrangements will be made during the
pre-employment process. This does not apply in the states of FL &
