Job Description:

is seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Nurse II for our
Med/Surg Float Pool. This role is pivotal in delivering
high-quality care across various medical and surgical environments,
adapting to different teams and patient needs with agility and
compassion. The ideal candidate will thrive in dynamic settings and
contribute to our mission of advancing medical education,
supporting biomedical research, and providing exceptional patient
care. Provide comprehensive nursing care in multiple medical and
surgical settings, adjusting methods and practices to fit the needs
of varying patient conditions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary
team members, ensuring the highest quality of care and patient
safety. Administer medications, document patient interactions, and
manage care plans effectively. Educate patients and their families
on disease processes, treatments, and healthcare maintenance.
Participate in continuous education to stay current with best
practices and technological advancements in nursing and patient
care. Proficiency in a broad range of nursing skills, particularly
in medical and surgical care Strong adaptability to dynamic and
changing patient care settings Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills Ability to manage stress and maintain
composure under pressure Skilled in EHR (Electronic Health Records)

Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of New York BLS (Basic
Life Support) Certification Preferably ACLS (Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification
