We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care and support our mission of improving health outcomes within our community. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patients’ response. Educate patients and their families on health conditions and wellness management. Maintain accurate patient records and report any pertinent changes in patient condition to the appropriate practitioner. Participate in the development and implementation of nursing care plans. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Support patient and family needs to achieve optimal health, recovery, or a peaceful death. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Capable of making quick and accurate assessments of patient conditions Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
