details. Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral
Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the
APTA - Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment -
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC - 2 years
Outpatient PT experience - PT Licensed through MA Board of Allied
Health - CPR/AED Certified Assignment Details - Facility Type:
Outpatient - Shift: Evenings - Shift Hours: 2000-0400 - No
Weekends, No Holidays - Department Details: 8-10 Patients per day
