Overview We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to deliver Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments within your own practice location, serving veterans with integrity and skill. This position is ideal for experienced providers seeking flexible, part-time engagement, ensuring efficient evaluations through interview-based assessments and select physical examinations. Required Skills Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in New Hampshire Proven experience in general medicine, family medicine, internal medicine, or related fields Ability to perform interview-based assessments and basic physical exams (range of motion, muscle strength testing) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently within a professional healthcare setting Knowledge of veteran-specific health assessment protocols preferred Nice to Have Skills Prior experience with Compensation & Pension exams or military veteran healthcare Familiarity with medical reporting, documentation, and addendums Certification in relevant specialties (e.g., ACLS, BLS) Preferred Education and Experience Master's or Doctorate Degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) Minimum of 2 years clinical practice as a Nurse Practitioner Previous experience performing assessments or evaluations in a government or military healthcare setting preferred Other Requirements Must have your own office location within a 50-mile radius of the specified NH sites in Lincoln or Lebanon Availability for ½ day (4 hours) or full day (8 hours) shifts, with flexibility to work weekly Willingness to complete initial training and perform first exams to qualify for a one-time bonus of $650 No prescribing, no treatment, or management; focused solely on evaluations and reporting Local candidates only; travel costs included within the rate This opportunity offers competitive pay at $402 per hour, weekly direct deposit payments, comprehensive medical benefits, and a robust referral bonus program.
