The selected candidate will be essential in both collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and contributing to our ongoing research and educational missions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor for any side effects. Implement patient care plans with precision and compassion. Record patient medical histories and symptoms in medical records. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans. Monitor, report, and maintain accurate patient records. Supervise and guide nursing assistants and junior nurses. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using healthcare databases and patient management software Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Compassionate and patient-centered approach Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of New York BLS/ACLS Certification
