This position entails strict adherence and implementation of specialized health protocols to ensure the wellbeing of patients and staff, providing comprehensive care in coordination with interdisciplinary teams. Administer daily nursing care and ensure compliance with infectious disease controls within the unit. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals. Adhere to strict health safety standards to minimize infection risk. Handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and care. Educate patients and their families about disease processes and prognosis while in the secure unit. Advanced knowledge of infectious disease control Skilled in clinical nursing practices with a focus on patient safety Ability to work collaboratively in a high-pressure environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Certification in Infection Control (CIC) preferred
