Job Description Community Care Pediatrics Saratoga is looking
for an LPN to join their team! This is a full-time position; 36-40
hours per week. The hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with a half day
once per week. Occasional rotating Saturday morning required. /n
This position is eligible for up to a $3,500 recruitment and
retention bonus /n Responsibilities: /n /n - Administer and record
vaccines. /n - Document verbal conversations with patients when
appropriate. /n - Document information into patient record in an
accurate, legible and timely manner. /n - Maintain timely patient
flow. /n - Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on
office/provider requirements. /n - Obtain specimens (i.e., urine,
blood, etc.) from patients as directed by the provider. /n -
Accurate and timely order entry into the lab system. /n - Perform
clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (i.e. PFT,
EKG, nebulizer, medication administration and immunizations) /n -
Process patient prescriptions. /n - Discuss test results with
patients per provider's instructions. /n /n /n If you are

salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for
