Job Description PRIDE Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Salem, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Labor and Delivery - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/19/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel LD and Postpartum RN Day Rotator w/ 1 Night of Call and EOW 36 or 48hrs. Shift: Rotate between 7:00am to 7:30pm, 11:00am to 11:30pm, and 7:00pm to 7:30am and EOW.Unit Name: Labor & Delivery/Post Partum Unit.Brief Unit Description: 25-Bed Labor & Delivery Unit which encompasses: L&D, PP, NBN, 2 ORs, 2 RRs and 2 ANU rooms.Years of Experience Required: 3 years minimum.Skill Sets Required: Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Circulate, & Newborn Care. Clinician to Patient Ratio: L&D 1:2-3 Evals, 1:1 Active Labor, Magnesium gtt or EPIDURAL. PP 1:3-4.Bed Count: 5 LD Rooms, 12 PP, 2 ORs, 2 RR, 2 ANU rooms with 4 beds.Census: Average daily census 15-25 mothers, babies and labors.EMR (Charting System): EPIC.Floating Required: No.Rotating Shifts Required: Day Rotate position is primarily a Day position with rotation to Eves and Nights as needed. We cannot offer straight Days due to our Union Agreement.Certifications Required: Current Massachusetts RN License.
