Job Description:
AccentCare is seeking a dedicated Clinical Manager / RN for its
Hospice division, responsible for overseeing the administration of
hospice care while ensuring compliance with both AccentCare
standards and federal and state guidelines. This role demands a
compassionate approach and a commitment to the health and emotional
support of patients and their families. The Clinical Manager / RN
will lead a team of nursing professionals, coordinate patient care,
and maintain the highest standards of professional practice in
hospice care. Manage patient care services and ensure compliance
with health and safety regulations. Oversee the performance and
training of hospice nursing staff. Coordinate with physicians and
other healthcare professionals to create customized care plans.
Ensure documentation and care procedures are followed accurately.
Provide emotional and educational support to patients and their
families. Continuously evaluate patient care quality and implement
improvements. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of
hospice care regulations and standards Proficiency in electronic
health record systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Current RN license Certified Hospice and Palliative
Nurse (CHPN) preferred
