Job Description Emergency Medicine Opportunity in Brockton, MALocation: Brockton, Massachusetts (25 miles south of Boston)Hospital Overview: Join a busy community hospital ED with 60,000 annual visits. Fully integrated non-profit healthcare system 217 beds with over 150 employed physicians and providers.Position Details: 84 hours/day of physician coverage 36 hours/day of PA coverage Two physicians on staff from 1:00 am 7:00 am 9-hour shifts (14 shifts/month = full-time) Extra shifts available Schedule made by requests (not block schedule) In-house support: surgery, anesthesia, OB, neonatology, pediatric hospitalists, and adult hospitalists Limited resident teaching Requirements: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine BLS, ACLS, and ATLS required until EM board certification is obtained Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary Pay-for-performance program with sizable annual quality-based bonus Highly competitive benefits package
