Administer medications and monitor side effects. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health maintenance. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all ethical guidelines. Advanced clinical nursing skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment. Proficiency with healthcare IT systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid RN license in the state of practice. BLS/ACLS certification. Preferred: Certification in a clinical specialty.
