Job Description:
Albany Medical Center is currently seeking a dedicated Clinical
Nurse II to join our South Clinical Campus team. This pivotal role
supports our mission to deliver leading-edge patient care, while
benefiting from the close association with our medical college and
ongoing research initiatives. The selected candidate will be
integral to providing advanced nursing care in a dynamic,
patient-focused environment. Provide comprehensive and
compassionate nursing care to patients. Work collaboratively with
interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Assess, plan, implement, and
evaluate patient care plans. Administer medications and monitor
their effects. Educate patients and their families on conditions
and treatment plans. Maintain patient records and adhere to
hospital standards and safety regulations. Strong clinical and
critical thinking skills. Ability to work well in a team and
communicate effectively. Proficiency in using medical software and
administering patient care technologies. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support
(BLS) Certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
preferred.
