Job Description:

We are seeking a Board Certified Anesthesiologist for an ongoing locum assignment beginning August 2026. This opportunity offers a flexible weekday schedule with optional call and the ability to split coverage between multiple providers.

Assignment Details

• Start Date: August 2026
• Ongoing coverage
• Full-time need with flexible scheduling
• Open to multiple providers sharing coverage (e.g., 2 weeks/month each)

Schedule

• Monday Friday
• 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Option to work 4 days per week
• Optional night call available
• • 6:00 PM 7:00 AM
  • Taken from hotel
  • Must remain within 20 minutes of the facility

Practice Setting

• Hospital-based anesthesia department
• Operating Room coverage
• 9 operating rooms running daily
• Epic EMR
• Adult patient population

Clinical Responsibilities

• General anesthesia coverage
• Supervision of CRNAs approximately 3 out of 5 days per week
• No resident supervision responsibilities

Case Mix Includes

• General Surgery
• Orthopedics
• Urology
• ENT (limited pediatric exposure)
• Vascular Surgery
• Thoracic Surgery

No Coverage Required For

• Cardiac cases
• Intracranial neurosurgery

Additional Services at Facility

• Endoscopy
• OB
• Cath Lab

(Not required for locum coverage)

Requirements

• Board Certified Anesthesiologist
• Active New Hampshire license required
• Candidates with IMLC LOQ in hand will be considered
• ACLS required
• BLS required
• DEA required
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Epic experience required

Credentialing

• Approximately 90+ days

Travel

• Travel expenses covered
• Hotel provided
• Rental car provided
• Mileage and gas reimbursement available
