aBoard Certified / Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicianfor
anocturnistrole in a busy, well-supported Emergency Department. The
group provides comprehensive emergency care to a diverse community
and offers flexible overnight scheduling, stable volume, and strong
clinical and administrative support.Emergency Medicine Team30+
Emergency Medicine physicians and APPs in an integrated
departmentFocus areas include EMS, Ultrasound, International
Emergency Medicine, Wilderness Medicine, and Quality & Patient
SafetyResidents from a nearby training program rotate through the
ED, providing academic and teaching opportunitiesAll sites use a
single EHR platform for seamless patient careSchedule & HoursCore
schedule: 24"32 clinical hours per weekOvernight/nocturnist shifts
with substantial differentialWeekends required, with flexibility in
structure:Option A: 28 hours per week with 1 weekend per
monthOption B: 24 hours per week with 2 weekends per
monthPhysicians have meaningful input into scheduling and site
assignmentRequirementsMD or DO (or foreign equivalent)Completion of
an ACGME-accredited Emergency Medicine residencyBoard Certified or
Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM)Eligible for
unrestricted medical license in MassachusettsCompensation &
