Job Description:
Looking for an energetic well rounded candidate to join our
Maintenance Team! This position will primarily be 3 PM to 11:30 PM,
however shifts could vary due to the needs of the hotel. The ideal
candidate will be customer service oriented and willing to go the
extra mile to make the guest experience one to remember! This
position will perform a variety of general maintenance and repair
tasks with an emphasis on the preventative maintenance of guest
rooms and responding to emergent guest needs. Requires basic
working knowledge of general maintenance procedures, including but
not limited to; plumbing, painting, light carpentry, dry-wall
repair and basic electrical. Experience with air handling systems,
commercial laundry equipment, kitchen equipment and pool systems a
plus. Weekends and some holidays may be required, as are on-call
responsibilities scheduled on a rotating basis.
