*Summary: *Prepare food in accordance with current applicable
federal, state and corporate standards, guidelines and regulations,
with our established policies and procedures, and as may be
directed by management to assure that quality food service is
provided at all times.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *
* Preparation of high quality food items according to standardized
recipes or instructions in an efficient manner in order to meet
production, delivery and service schedules.
* Serve meals or prepare for delivery at times, using correct
portioning, meeting outlined standards and ensuring that food is at
the correct temperature. Tastes all food items prepared to ensure
* Takes orders from customer and prepares items requiring short
preparation. May complete orders from steam tables and serves
customers at multiple stations.
* Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner following
established steps of service, meeting outlined standards and
ensuring that food is at the correct temperature.
* Works in various production areas of the kitchen/cafe as
*Education and Experience: *High School Diploma or GED required
*Other Qualifications: * ServSafe Certification desirable
*Schedule: *Weekdays Shift: Variable between 6am-2:30am and
10am-6:30pm , every other weekend; rotating holidays;
*Holiday and Weekend pay differential offered*
Job Type: Full-time
