Job Description:
TEKsystems -is now hiring -Patient Intake Representatives -to
work for a healthcare company in MA in the Worcester area.We are in
need of people for Part time work who have excellent customer
service, maybe you have previous medical experience in a doctor's
office, medical reception work, etc. You will be greeting patients
in the waiting room and helping them get checked in. -The Patient
Intake Representatives will be the face of the company and are the
point of contact for our client's patient base.Job Title: Patient
Access repPay: -$20.82 an HrHours/Days: Mon - Fri - 8:00 am - 1:30
pmLocation: Worcester, MA 3-month Contract: This is a great resume
builder for anyone looking to expand your expereince in this
field.You will also be on your feet a good bit of the day helping
patients, signing in and teaching them how to use the tablet/kiosk.
-Job Responsibilities:--- Schedule patient appointments and greet
patients upon appointment arrival--- Ensure a welcoming environment
for all patients and visitors--- Assist patients with registration
and check in procedures--- Data entry of patient demographics and
billing information--- Verification of insurance coverage and
collect/post payments to patient accounts -Preferred Skills:---
Prior experience in a customer service--- Knowledge of medical
terminology is a plus--- Excellent customer service and strong
verbal communication skills--- Ability to work efficiently and
effectively in a fast-paced atmosphere--- Proficient computer and
