We are seeking a Recruiter Coordinator for our Westborough, MA location.*Position can sit in Westborough, MA/Plymouth, MA/ or Warwick, RI with Westborough as the preference. As the Recruiter Coordinator, you will handle the front-end of the recruitment process in the Westborough Area.You will also have responsibilities to:

• Strategize/Execute postings for entire area
• Manage all job postings for the Area
• Review and contact applicants
• Manage applicants in internal system
• Schedule applicant interviews with appropriate recruiter
• Manager recruiting calendarsTo be considered for this position, you will need to have the following experience and ability:
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Heavy phone experience
  • Resume review experience
  • Highly professional and ethical with unquestioned integrity.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and decision-making abilities.
  • Conscientious and demonstrated initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
