Ability to effectively respond to inquiries or from clients, co-workers, supervisor and/or management.FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGEAbility to perform basic mathematical functions including percentages, discounts and commissions.REASONING ABILITYAble to apply broad application of standards, practices and theories in solving problems.OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIESStrong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills required. Knowledge of PeopleSoft.SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITYDecisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.*Colorado Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The maximum salary for the Human Resources People Generalist position is $90,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
