Job Description:

Year Up is a one-year, intensive program that provides young adults with hands-on skill development, corporate internships, an educational stipend, and coursework eligible for college credit.

The program consists of training in technical and professional skills, followed by a 6-month internship with a top company. Your internship may be at - Harvard University, Wayfair, Partners Healthcare, or Wellington Management among other leading organizations in the Greater Boston, Massachusetts area.

90% of Year Up graduates are employed and/or enrolled in postsecondary education within 4 months of graduation. Employed graduates earn an average starting salary of $44,000 per year.
Year Up participants also receive a stipend.
