Overview:
Waters Corporation is currently seeking an individual to join our organization -as -a Senior Software Engineerfor our data trending application. In this role, the individual will join a dynamic and collaborative environment, encouraging cross team development between other software development and UX groups across the organization. - Specifically, the individual will join our Informatics organization and have the opportunity to contribute to the implementation of our next-generation scientific data uploading and trending system.

Typical tasks of the position include, but are not limited to:
We are looking for a passionate and curious developer, with skills in writing robust, secure, and well tested code. You will work as part of an Agile team and engage in technical discussions, review technical designs, demonstrate problem-solving abilities, and be willing to present and share ideas with your team. -Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback regarding best practices, performance, and maintainabilityStay ahead of the curve with respect to new technologies and techniquesDemonstrate a proactive approach to technical issuesCollaborate with team members to design, implement, test, and document robust solutions to complex scientific data analysis applications. These solutions will allow users to explore data collected through Waters equipment.Collaborate with team members to investigate, design, implement, test and document best-of-breed data exploration and management solutions. -

The successful candidate will have a combination of knowledge, skills, and experience that would include the following:
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related disciplineExperience as C# programmer or developerExpereince working as an Angular developer3+ years of working on full stack applications and/or cloud based platformsProficiency with Object Oriented PrinciplesProficiency writing Jasmine testsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAdditionally desirable: -Angular, Agile, Unit Testing, Cloud development (AWS or Azure), QuickSight, GitHub - - - -
