Read the full Equal Employment Opportunity Policy here.Job Specification---Customer Simulation position within the VxRail organization.---Work with product development, escalation engineering and CSE teams to determine customer use cases to be simulated.---Using available customer data, determine new test cases that should be created---Be able to create a list of requirements to create an environment to adequately simulate a customer environment.---Works on unusually complex problems and provides solutions which are highly innovative.---Use a variety of benchmarking tools to test performance and generate various loads.---Create a software suite automate test casesKey Requirements---Technical skills with experience with the following operating systems; Microsoft Windows and/or Linux. ---Experience with Virtualization products a plus.---Interpersonal and presentation skills.---Problem solving, communication, and time management skills.---Ability to work in a team environment.---Strong written and oral communication skills. Fully functional with Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Additional Requirements---Requires proficiency in Perl, Python and shell scripting - C++, Java and/or XML are a plus.---Knowledge of storage systems, networking beneficial.---Candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communications skills
