Your persistent approach to supporting or customer facing activities will contribute directly to our success and play a key role in our team selling to our customers.As Technical Inside Sales Associate you will complement Pall's commercial teams by working closely with our customers to drive sales and customer satisfaction. You are driven to support the corporate sales goals and improve customer experience. Your partnership and support of sales and marketing team associates will further develop the sales funnel and voice of customer (VOC). On daily basis, you will help develop and maintain efficient processes and standard operational protocols (SOP) for customer proposals and selling activities. You will collaborate with Pall's global sales team and provide a central point of contact to ensure customer specifications are met and expectations are exceeded. Asking the critical questions to better customer needs and assisting sales in selling the right product. The Technical Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for driving process efficiency, delivering voice of customer (VOC) along with the ability to lead Problem Solving Process (PSP) to countermeasure any deviations from achieving sales goals. You're a trusted partner to marketing teams, sales teams, regional and business unit leaders. As an inspiring team member, you identify and install the best tools processes and analytics. You excel at developing visual-based reporting to summarize and communicate relevant information to senior management. You support and empower your team members to consistently and appropriately use the tools, process, and quality information. You will prepare proposals for new and existing Pall Customers You will work with commercial teams to optimize the customer experience. You will liaise with Sales and Marketing teams to collect and express the Voice of Customer (VOC). You will assist operations with Engineering projects You will assist sales teams as needed. You will provide monthly report out to management of Key Performance Indicators. You will attend regional meetings You will work with management to ensure your training needs are metRequirements and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or master's degree (STEM preferred) or 2+ years experience in sales, marketing, project management, or technical inside sales (TIS). Highly self-motivated, success driven and passion for sales Solid understanding of tactical sales skills and progressing customers through the buying cycle. Self-starter: You're the kind of person that sees opportunity and tackles it. Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines Strong work ethic; strong attention to detail; ability to work well with others Strong communication and selling skills Ability to communicate clearly and effectively by telephone is essential. Strong communication skills both verbal and written are essential. Able to politely and thoughtfully navigate to key decision makers and influencers of coding and marking purchases Quick on his/her feet - able to ask thoughtful questions, able to respond to objections. Able to go "off script" as necessary based upon direction of the visit "Professionally social" - able to build rapport during phone conversation Note: English language skills necessary Bright - able to grasp nature of Pall's business, complexity of product lines Tenacious and resourceful Facile with computer skills (able to conduct data entry to capture prospect / lead / customer contact information) Use of outbound phone, email and other communication tools to establish meetings for the sales team Experience in using CRM tools (like Salesforce.com or SAP C4C) Demonstrated poise and grace under pressure Ability to build relationships and work well across functionsMetrics that individual's performance will be measured against: Customer satisfaction Total sales Proposal Creation Opportunities converted CRM usageWhen you join us, you'll also be joining Danaher's global organization, where 69,000 people wake up every day determined to help our customers win.
