VoIP Network Administrator

Location: Tewksbury, MA

Contract Duration: 6+ Month (Contract)

Job Description

* U.S. citizenship for this position is required by law, regulation, government contract or executive order*

5+ years of prior Network Administration experience is a must.

Strong Cisco Experience including Cisco Unified Communication, Cisco Unity, and Cisco IPCC (Express) configuration and infrastructure is preferred.

Knowledge of VoIP implementation and support is a must.

Ability to troubleshoot malfunctions of network hardware and software applications, telephones and security systems to resolve operational issues and restore services.

Current CCNA and/or CCDA certification or equivalent experience is preferred.
