it. Product Manager, Principal - Hybrid Boston, MA As a Principal
Product Manager, you will play a key role in delivering PTC’s SaaS
product vision by defining and delivering platform components that
enable PTC product teams with the tools they need to reduce time to
market, provide interoperability, and scalability of common
features and services. The successful candidate will be responsible
for collaborating with PTC’s Product Management and R&D
leadership to develop requirements in the product planning phase,
communicate the product requirements across product development and
delivery groups, and drive alignment with other disciplines
throughout the company. This is an excellent opportunity for an

way. Day-To-Day: • Turn ideas and concepts into implementable
stories that can be prioritized • Collaborate with PMs, Designers
and R&D to discover and define solutions and to support sprint
execution • Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to gather
inputs and set expectations • Support multiple groups (within the
SaaS product development teams and in the wider PTC ecosystem)
where technical product information/direction is required • Ability
to synthesize multiple inputs and market factors to make rapid
prioritization decisions • Ability to prioritize requests and
negotiate trade-offs • Keep the team(s) inspired and motivated by
sharing customer success stories and outcomes Necessary experience:
Ability to commute to the Boston Seaport office 1-2 days a week.
5-8 years of Product Management (or equivalent) experience
Experience delivering SaaS based web and mobile products and
services in fast-paced R&D environment Attention to detail in
interpreting stakeholder inputs and translating their needs into
actionable requirements Demonstrated ability to champion a
feature/improvement from idea to release Strong understanding of
agile methods to plan and deliver work (Scrum, Kanban) Experience
collaborating with teams globally Ability to lead by influence
without authority Ability to converge opinions towards customer and
business outcomes Experience with product development tools and
workflows (Miro, Figma, JIRA) Preferred Skills and Knowledge: •
Previous focus on the customer’s journey, understanding customer
workflows from acquisition, to onboarding, and to scaled enterprise
adoption. • Demonstrated understanding of identity and access
management principles • Familiar with cloud native microservice
development approaches, software implementations, and system
integrations • Demonstrated ability to present technical subjects
to a varied audience • Experience with researching, collating and
presenting data (e.g. competitive, market surveys, etc) •
Experience with project management, task prioritization •
Experience with Enterprise SaaS products preferred Basic
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering) or equivalent

when determining compensation. The anticipated annual salary range
for this position is between $136,000 - 170,000. The salary range
reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of
posting. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate's
skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally,
candidates may be eligible for a performance-based bonus. Employees
also have the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder through our
employee share purchase program (ESPP), which allows for the
purchase of discounted PTC stock. Certain roles may also be
