This is a full-time, permanent position for a professional with a strong background in commercial real estate, representing both buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. The successful candidate will have a portable book of business and a deep understanding of land use transactions. Key tasks include:1. Providing expert legal counsel to clients on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leasing, and financing.2. Representing both buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, ensuring all legal requirements are met and the clients' interests are protected.3. Overseeing and managing a portable book of business, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.4. Advising clients on land use transactions, including zoning, environmental issues, and property development.5. Collaborating with other attorneys within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.6. Participating in business development activities to expand the firm's client base and enhance its reputation in the real estate sector.7. Keeping up-to-date with changes in real estate laws and regulations and providing guidance to clients accordingly.Qualifications:The ideal candidate for the Real Estate Attorney, Partner-Level position will have the following qualifications:1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.2. Admission to the state bar.3. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a real estate attorney, with a strong focus on commercial real estate transactions.4. Proven experience representing both buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.5. A portable book of business, demonstrating a strong ability to attract and retain clients.6. In-depth knowledge of land use transactions and related legal issues.7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear and understandable manner.8.
