Job Description Job Description Job Title: Machine Operator Job Description Join our team as a Machine Operator, where you will be responsible for setting up machines to initiate production cycles, controlling, and adjusting machine settings, and feeding raw materials or parts to semi-automated machines. Responsibilities Set up machines to start a production cycle. Control and adjust machine settings, such as speed. Feed raw materials or parts to semi-automated machines. Essential Skills Experience in machine operation and general production. Proficiency in using calipers and reading blueprints. Knowledge of press operation and stamping. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in assembly and general labor is beneficial. Familiarity with machine operating procedures. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a dynamic machine shop environment with a variety of press and stamping machines. Choose from multiple shifts: 1st shift (7 am to 3:30 pm), 2nd shift (3:30 pm to 2 am, four 10-hour shifts), or 3rd shift (4:30 pm to 8:30 am, three 12-hour shifts, paid for 40 hours). Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Attleboro, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
