This role is crucial for ensuring the operational efficiency, safety, and sustained high performance of our beverage production equipment. The Maintenance Technician will be instrumental in conducting regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all beverage manufacturing machinery and equipment. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on beverage production and packaging machinery to ensure smooth operation. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with the engineering team to implement new machinery and optimize existing equipment. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company and regulatory policies. Document maintenance procedures and outcomes, including keeping detailed logs of work performed and parts used. Proven technical skills in mechanics, pneumatics, and electrical systems. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
