POSITION: Serves as liaison with hospitals, assisted livings,
senior centers and prospective residents and/or families for
marketing and application process and bed availability. Oversees
admission process for the resident/patient. Performs pre-admissions
clinical and financial screening and assessments of prospective
patients/residents. Participates and assists in the marketing of
the services provided by Holy Trinity Nursing & Rehabilitation
Minimum of (2) years Health care experience in Rehab/Long-term
care setting. *

Has organizational abilities as proven through creating
processes to manage admissions, build census, and maintain

Possess effective communication, presentation, and writing
Ability to push and pull objects and lift and carry up to 25
pounds, unassisted, on a frequent basis (occasionally up to 50
pounds, unassisted). Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat
for prolonged periods.
Full use of gross and fine motor skills of the upper and lower
Ability to talk and hear, makes timely decisions and negotiates
Clerical experience including knowledge and understanding of
