We are seeking a talented individual for a Health Plan Solutions
Account Director-I who has overall responsibility for management of
a group of payer accounts. Responsible for the successful delivery
of HMS software and services to client(s). Responsible for
relationship management, revenue generation and client
satisfaction. This is the person to whom HMS staff look to for
support, guidance and mentoring on client strategy and
Develops and manages budget and revenue expectations for a
specific group of clients
Serves as primary liaison with clients.
Develops and maintains a depth and breadth of client
relationships, including at the C-level.
Works with company-wide resources to ensure key client
deliverables and revenue goals are met or exceeded.
Identifies additional sources of revenue through use of sales
and marketing skills, and works with sales executives to close
Provides expertise in the breadth of HMS products.
Introduces, negotiates and works with operations team to
implement new projects to expand scope of engagement.
Interacts with HMS executives, operations staff and other
internal subject matter experts
