Job description:
We are currently looking for a Data Center Solutions Architect to join our team! This person must have 1+ years of experience that can provide technical leadership during pre-sales cycle. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise on current and next generation Server, Storage, Virtualization and Cloud Solutions, and is expected to have knowledge of, and experience with, a range of technologies, including: Core Storage, SAN, Backup & Recovery, Archive, Disaster Recovery, and Server Virtualization. The candidate will also be responsible for defining the customer requirements, delivering the proposed technical architectural designs, demonstrating solutions, leveraging vendor relationships and tools, and defining associated professional services.
Role Requirements:

• 10+ years technical experience with Server (Discrete + HCI), Storage, Virtualization and Cloud (Azure / AWS) and migration tools
  • 8+ years responsible for Data Center Transformation and Migration projects for Healthcare / Insurance provider customers.
    • Providing Design, Architecting and advising on technical solutions HLD / LLD including automated / Cloud based DR
    • Experience with VMware solutions (Design, migration and implementation)
      • Experience with Server solutions (Nutanix / Mainframes)
        • Experience with Storage solutions (Dell EMC, Pure), Nimble, Compellent, Extreme IO)
          • Experience in architecture leadership that brings together and integrates solutions across multiple vendors
            • Experience in Cloud infrastructure VS Private cloud architecture designs
              • Backup architecture and management (Dell EMC Data Protection, Veaam, Rubrik, Commvault)
              • Experience in designing the Next gen Network and security architecture accommodating requirements of Landing zone, deployment and build of architecture on cloud for workload applications
                • Ability to grasp new technology concepts quickly and assist others in understanding them as well.
                  • Ability to understand customer needs, define requirements, and design solutions
                    • Ability to develop and present architectural recommendations and implementation/ assessment services
                      • Expertise with Vendor Configuration Tools
                        • Willingness to be a member of a unified team - provided by Dice
