That is what we do at the Key Program!The Key Program in Worcester, MA is seeking Youth Care Worker for both their small residential group homes (Residential Caseworkers) with up to nine adolescents; and for their community-based outreach programs (Outreach & Tracking Caseworkers) to work with children/teens & families (in the Greater Worcester area) who are involved with the Department of Children & Families (DCF).Qualifications:

  • For the Residential Caseworker position ($17.00 per hour) - A Bachelor's degree is preferred or an Associate's degree or college coursework with one year of human service experience is required.
  • For the Outreach & Tracking Caseworker position ($17.50 per hour) - A Bachelor's degree is required (i.e., social work, sociology, psychology, education, mental health counseling, criminal justice, human development, etc.).
  • All candidates must be 21 years of age or older.
  • All candidates must have a valid state driver's license; and a legally registered and insured car for work use.
