Responsibilities

• Greet customers who enter the showroom and get them logged into our database.
• Communicate with management and the business department.
• Assist in demonstrating vehicle features to customers.
• Answer questions and make suggestions for customers on how to best utilize the features of their new Subaru or vehicle.
• Be proficient with technology and Subaru features.
• Communicate and schedule delivery appointments with the sales staff.
• Proficient with Android and iPhone OS.
• Assist management with day-to-day needs. Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be 18 years of age or older for insurance purposes
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
  • Professional, clean appearance and demeanor
  • Able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
  • Willingness to take initiative
  • Computer-literate and eager to improve
  • Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily
  • Detailed follow up skills
