This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering on-the-job training, paid lunch breaks, quarterly profit-sharing bonuses, and skill-based pay increases!In this role you will be operating press machines, inspecting materials and finished products, packing products, and ensuring customer orders are properly filled.Job Requirements:Primary Duties:

• Load feeding mechanisms with strips of rubber material
• Start machines and remove products from presses to inspect
• Pack finished pieces and label/document as neededQualifications:
  • 1+ year of machine operating experience
  • Timely, reliable attendanceHours:
