This role will drive significant business results by leveraging Adobe Campaign Console (ACC) to deliver customer communications.A successful candidate will use their ACC experience to enable communications across Email and SMS. This project is critical for implementing personalization and communication strategies to on-board, engage, and retain member relationships, grow member lifetime value, and increase revenue and traffic to the website.Key Responsibilities Create and implement Adobe Workflows based on program requirements and using data from internal and third-party sources.

• Use ACC to send Email and SMS campaigns on schedule
• Work with internal and third-party data to enhance communications
• Establish cross functional partnerships to support key business objectives
• Bring precise attention to detail to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Troubleshoot any roadblocks within ACC and help develop a solution
• Execute on additional communication channels as capabilities are enabledQualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3+ years working with Adobe Campaign Classic
  • Extreme attention to detail even during rush requests and working on multiple campaigns at once
  • Excellent communication skills to update key stakeholders on progress
  • Experience creating, managing, maintaining automatically triggered and one-time launch campaigns in ACC
  • Ability to communicate ACC data requirements to multiple supporting teams
  • Ability to create requirements for new campaigns
  • Ability to understand & communicate requirements, deadlines, potential roadblocks to outside groups
